We offer many options from which you can choose to enjoy your stay. The two room park models come with kitchens equipped with stove and refrigerator, sleeping for four, a separate bedroom and bathroom, and a sliding glass door leading to a patio area with your own fire pit (fire pits are seasonal). Large groups can relax in the two bedroom cabins which sleeps six or eight. All our cabins and park models face scenic lake front shorelines to help you get the most relaxation out of your trip.

39 miles from MCAS, Yuma.  Great fishing, boating, water sports, and wildlife.  Spectacular views from cabins, park models and RV spaces.

Check-In requirements

48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE PRIOR TO CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED  
There will be no refunds issued after the 48 hour cancellation period. 
Canceling any part of the reservation will result in cancellation of entire reservation. 

There is no refund  for early departure.  
New reservations may be made 24 hours after cancellation of original reservation.
The patron’s credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to check-in.

If paying by cash or check the payment must be received at Dos Rios 2 days before check-in date or the reservation will be cancelled with no additional notice.

Check-in is between 1500 and 2100 hours on first day of reservation.

Check-out is no later than 1200 hours on the confirmed day for check-out.

Patrons must provide their own linens.  Linens are provided for the bed in the park models only.  Patron must provide their own cooking utensils, bath items, etc.

Quiet hours are between 2100 and 0700 hours.

No lifeguard on duty...swim at your own risk.

Children under the age of 14 years of age are required to be under adult supervision at all times.

Boat, canoes, paddleboats, fishing poles are available for rent.  A written test is required  for all boat rentals.  A river stamp is required by anyone fishing from a boat, paddleboat or any other floatable device.  Fishing licenses and River Stamps may be purchased at the Manager’s office.  If a person is coming from California and they have a fishing license, they will only have to purchase a River Stamp.

Other amenities include: Air-conditioned game room with pool table, television, dartboard and vending machines.  Limited quantities of free ice are available.

PLEASE NOTE: PATRONS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO LEAVE ALL PARK MODELS, CABINS AND RV SITES AND SURROUNDING AREAS CLEAN UPON DEPARTURE.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN $50.00 FEE. NO WI-FI AVAILABLE.

Prim Sites

Prim Sites - 1 thru 3 & RV 17
Electric 50 Amp Box & Water
Short Term Stay: 14 Days Maximum $12.00 night
14 day limit may prepay for up to 14 days. They have one BBQ and a Shade Shelter and one Picnic Table.

Cabins

Cabins 9 and 12 are 6 sleepers. 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two bunk beds. Also available: restroom, table & chairs, stove, sink, refrigerator and sofa. BBQ grill, table & chairs and shade out back.

Cabins 10 and 11 are 8 sleepers. Two bedrooms both with two bunks. All other accomodations same as cabins 9 and 12.

RV Sites

RV Sites 7 thru 16, Electric 50 Amp Box & Water 
Long Term Stay: Maximum 3 months, $360.00 monthly
At the end of 3 months, patrons rotate out to another site or, after 24 hours patrons can call and make reservations for another 3 months. 12x26 pad and one picnic table.

RV Sites 1 thru 6, Electric 50 Amp Box & Water
$12.00 night, 14 day stay maximum. One picnic table 12x26 pad.

RV Sites: $12.00 per night, no discount for long term stay (10 short term sites-2 week) and (10 long term sites- 3 month)  Includes electric and water hook-up.  Patrons are responsible to clean their area before departure.  Nearest dump station is 2.5 miles away at Fisher’s Landing.

RV Sites (or Prim #1, #2 and #3) have built in bar-b-q grills. 
All 3 have electric and water
RV Sites hold up to 40 FT RVs
RV Sites (prim sites) # 2 and # 3 hold up to a 25FT or smaller RV/Trailer
RV Site (prim site) #1 holds up to a 35FT RV/Trailer

Park Models

Park model 1-8 are all 4 sleepers. One queen bedroom, restroom, stove, refrigerator, sink, table & chairs, sofa and love chair.

Picnic Area has a large shade, 4 picnic tables and 1 large BBQ grill.

Pool Room has a pool table, snack machine, soda machine, satellite TV and 2 spin bikes.

No animals allowed in Park Models. If animals are found in Park Models, customer will be asked to remove animal immediately and charged a $50.00 cleaning fee at point of findings.

n Cabin checklist for Lake Martinez
Animals are allowed in Cabins but must be on a leash and monitored by customer at all times. Animals cannot be left outside cabins unaccompanied. Aggressive animals are not allowed at the Recreation Area.
