EFMP CALENDAR

Families stationed aboard MCAS Yuma live in the West Region for TRICARE coverage. United Health Care (UHC) is TRICARE West Regional Contractor.

There no longer are Tricare Service Centers on installations. All interactions with UHC must now be done online or over the phone, this includes changing your Primary Care Manager (PCM).

The Physicians List contains TRICARE approved providers by specialty within the local community.
TRICARE travel reimbursement may be provided for “reasonable travel expenses” if you are referred to a specialist located more than 100 miles away from your PCM through TRICARE Prime Travel Benefit .

Family members enrolled in Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) with qualifying conditions also have access to TRICARE (ECHO), a supplemental program to the basic TRICARE program. ECHO provides financial assistance to eligible family members who have a qualifying condition, are enrolled in to EFMP and have registered through their regional TRICARE case manager.
TRICARE EXTENDED CARE HEALTH OPTION (ECHO)

TRICARE covers APPLIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS (ABA) for all beneficiaries who are diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
